Customer Information Breach - Dell Financial Services - US
I have attempted to contact Dell by telephone and through chat (Session ID is 74565814) about this issue. I am transferred from person to person and they don't care that I can now view order details for thousands of customers from Dell Financial Services orders over the last 2 years. Each representative tells me they can't help and I need to be transferred somewhere else.
This occurred after placing 2 orders which were placed in some way that caused me to be seen by the system as Dell Financial Services.
I have tried to get the orders corrected and I was told that they can only cancel and re-create them. They transferred me to sales who promptly dropped me back at the beginning of the Customer Care system because they couldn't fix it.
Can someone in a position of authority contact me to fix this issue?

Still no contact from Dell.
Is there no escalation procedure in place within Dell to resolve these type of issues?
If no one here knows how to handle this should there not be someone they can contact to push it up the chain?
If I was a bad actor, I could be gathering all this information right now...:emotion-6:
