DELL coupon not working

I tried to purchase DELL inspiron 15R touch  from the link for 599.99 and tried to use the coupon HF08ZLDCXJM19W for $50 off..but it said it has already been redeemed..however i never used the coupon. On all sites like dealstobuy.com, retailmenot.com it stated that the coupon expires on 30 nov 2013..so I waited and when I tried to use the coupon on 29 Nov 2013 it did not work. I decided to contact dell agent and waited more than 2 hours to get hold of one ( Ariann)..after i spoke to a dell agent for almost an hour before she was ready to give me 5% rebate as gift card ( which i did not agree to ) the dell agent was disconnected and i was connected to another dell agent and I had to start from the beginning..however this agent (Jodes Barredo,75619 ) was not ready to help me in any ways. I spent several days waiting for this deal..and several hours ( more than 6 hours without sleepingat night ) to resolve the issue all in vain. When the sites clearly stated that it expires on 30 Nov 2013 why did it expire before that..also why did all the sites have the coupon even after it expired..such information are misleading for customers..and can causes a lot of problem to those who rely on such details and have been waiting for days. i would have baught the laptop before in case i knew that the coupon would expire before the date it was supposed to. It was even disheartening that i had to wait wait several hours to get hold of customer support and when i got hold of one and explained her my situation for an hour suddenly she gets disconnected and i have to start from the beginning. It is really sad that dell treats their loyal customers like this for no fault of theirs..and a company like dell is ready to lose a customer and a laptop order for mere $50..please see below chat details to see what i had to undergo for being a loyal dell customer

Yeah that sounds a lot like my experience trying to buy the inspiron 15 for $199. I added it to the cart at $199, when i finally get to check out after their website crashes repeatedly the price is $379. I call them this morning and they say the deal is expired, but they would drop the price to 300. when i said that was unacceptable they said how about 250. when i said that i'm not paying anything higher than the price i added the laptop to the cart at they said they were transferring me to escalate it and hung up.

I finally got through a customer representative on phone ( Erin Mitchell ) who gave me the $50 discount on the Dell inspiron 15R Touch ..however when I received the email confirmation of the order it said :

15.6 inch LED Backlit Display with Truelife and HD resolution (1366 x 768)

instead of

15.6 inch LED Backlit Touch Display with Truelife and HD resolution (1366 x 768)

for touch laptop

so I called her again to reconfirm if it was indeed a touch laptop.

She confirmed me that is it a touch laptop but she was extremely rude and kept on saying she has other customers waiting.

Just to be sure and to get a email confirmation I called her back and was shouted at badly as if it was my fault.

Later she replied saying the laptop she ordered was indeed not a touch.

This is really disheartening on dells part to treat the customers like dirt considering I havent slept the entire night and even I have waited hours ( 5 - 6 hours at least ) to get dell support just to be shouted at and after this bad ordeal they order me a wrong laptop..

If I did not check the order and contacted the representative ( who kept on shouting at me ) I would have got the wrong laptop and would have to go through the trouble of returning it.

Inspite of all this and hours of mental and physical torture which I had to endure I still did not get the $50 discount on the laptop I wanted.

Dell, is it really worth torturing your customers for $50 ?

As I said on my own post. The company does not seem to care about customer satisfaction , they only care about the money. They are running a very disorganized and dishonest business and this is definitely not fair to the consumer who works hard and only wants to get what was advertised in the first place. All lies, again bogus Black Friday Sale. I wonder if anyone from the company will care to read any of these comments.

Once go through Dealhck coupon website. There you can find the many coupon vouchers related to DELL. I recently purchased a DELL laptop through this website and received a discount of 20%.
