Delays in delivery

I've now received a second notice for a delay in Dell toner delivery.

It is nearly impossible, at least I cannot find any local vendor  that carries Dell toner.

I rely on Dell's service to deliver toner in a timely manner and this has not happened before?  

It's been waiting for weeks now and consequently, haven't been able to print from my Dell printer.

This is not a personal computer, it's a business computer.

Why is there such a delay for toner?  It's just toner, simple toner?

I go to the office supply stores and there is compete supplies for your competitors in the industry.

Computer giant DELL has to equate itself in DELIVERY, not DELAY.

and BTW, if Blackstone gets involved in the future of your company, service will suffer with their cut and slash tactics for profitability.

Hi tmcd,

It is unfortunate that the toner is getting delayed. This could happen due to parts unavailability. However, I request you to provide the purchase order number so that I can check and let you know what can be done.
