Dell Advantage Rewards in negative balance
I can't seem to connect to a CSR that knows anything about Dell Advantage Rewards. Mine showed a -$14.xx balance and when I asked about it I was told that it was for expired rewards (which didn't make sense). But then I recently bought something that earned $4.xx rewards and now my balance is -$9.xx
When I contacted support again I was told to contact my bank / credit card company about the negative balance... for the Dell Advantage Rewards program.
Why do I have a negative balance? What is the number I should call to get a hold of someone who knows something about this?
