Dell Australia Order Delays!
I'm just purchased a notebook from Dell Australia website at the end of November 2013 and now my notebook is still not been deliver yet. This is the 4th time confirming delivery date delay I've been informed by Dell. First, they promised me the delivery date will be on 23 of December 2013 (send by email), then they text me later for arranging the delivery date to 27 or 30 December 2013. Fine, Dell haven't me off yet this time. But soon later I call to Dell to double confirm my delivery date, they told me that their shipment have been delay and my expected day on getting my notebook will be on 3 January 2014. I'm really mad this time as Dell have waste my money for calling them and looking through different department and end up my notebook is not coming on the date they have promised me. Please, don't give promise that you can't delivered. I was like you are wasting my time. Today 3 of January 2014, i received a call again and told me the delivery date will be delay again to the next Wednesday 8 January 2014. Are you only going to send me my notebook on 8 of January 2015? Huh? I know I'm only spend AUD 699 for the notebook and i think Dell is not care about losing this kind of "small business". I will tell every of my friend for never getting a computer from Dell. The IT industry is so competitive, they are selling not just IT product but also the service, how can Dell compete with others brands?
