Dell Business Practices

I have had a bad experience with Dell Financial Services.  They recently closed my account because I didn't pay my payments.  Interesting though because I have not received a statement from them.  They have my phone number and email address as well as I was setup on electronic billing.  But nothing came across.  Also when I try calling their 800 number to talk to someone in charge of customer care I get a told that their systems are down and they can't transfer calls and was told to call back tomorrow.  

This is a terrible way to conduct business.  Where is their customer care?  I have been a customer of Dell for over 10 years.  It looks like I will be switching to HP from now on. 

I am an IT Consultant that recommends systems to companies.  Guess which company just got knocked off of my preferred products list?
