By canceling the order it only makes the customer more frustrated and does not make it a smooth process for support to help the customer. My order was cancelled too because PayPal was used which is offered as a payment method, but instead of just sending me an email to go back and use another payment method, Dell just cancels it. I'm left to wonder why I can't find my order, spending 45 minutes with Dell support, being routed to customer care, then verification department, then collections, yea "collections"! Why! Does not make sense at all.
