I purchased an astro a40 headset on black friday and it told me i would receive my product on the 2nd of december. Then on December 2nd i recieved a follow up email telling me that my shipment was delayed until the 8th of december. Today I checked and saw that my order was delayed again to the 15th. This annoyed me but the final straw was that I had to fill out a ftc consent form saying that i agreed to even more future delays. This is unacceptable and i never plan on purchasing another product from dell.com, or from dell in general. I have also informed my friends of this problem.
