Dell Digital Delivery not installed and unable to download from support
I am trying to get the software I purchased with my new Dell downloaded (Adobe Photoshop elements).
It was not installed on my PC when delivered and I contacted support. They advised installing Dell Digital Delivery to get it, however when I go to the support site and enter my service tag as advised, Dell Digital Delivery is not showing as an option. Help! I need Dell Digital Delivery to download my software but I cannot download or access the actual Dell Digital Delivery software itself! Email support unable to help and suggested I use telephone support, just tried to call them to find they are closed Sat/Sun (really!!!??)
Any ideas or suggestions on how I can install Dell Digital Delivery?
