I can relate completely. I want to purchase a new computer system for work but the verification team doesn't exist....all week, since Monday, I have tried to call and it has been a dead end. I have tried numerous ways, customer service agents, and nothing. Even agents aren't sure what to do. Not a smart decision to drop the verification team like this even with the circumstances. All I need it to verify my DPA account....ugh. perhaps HP wants my money more.
