From the homepage of my Dell Preferred Account I am directed to call to verify my account. I have called at least six times within the past hour and each time the phone call resolves in a dead end and just hangs up. How am I supposed to verify my account if I cannot reach an actual human? Right now it is 3:23pm MST.
