Dell Parts Repaired-Warranty
I had a computer fixed under warranty. They replaced the hard drive but only guarantee the parts replacement for 30 days. So to me, they basically do not guarantee their work. The hard drive has now crashed and they will not work on it. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with dell parts. I have 2 college students plus me and my spouse who buy computers and know now I will never buy another dell laptop. Their service does not hold up.

Are you sure it's only 30 days, I thought it was 90 days?
If you are still under warranty just call them and have it fixed.

While the computer is under warranty, all replacement parts use the computer warranty end date.
Once the computer is out of warranty, all replacement parts have a 90 day warranty.
