Dell Promo eGift Card not received

I ordered a 65" Samsung TV on Nov 20th with $300 promotional gift card.

I got the TV and waited 30 days for e-gift card, but never received a gift card via email ($300)

I've tried calling into Dell customer support, and tried using the online chat, but each time I sat on hold for hours and didn't get through to anyone. Can someone from Dell Customer Care investigate this for me and help me to receive that missing $15 egift card for this purchase? Thank you.
