Dell Refund Issue

I ordered an AC Adapter and paid for 2-day shipping. It has been about 10 days but item was nowhere to be  found. Finally, FEDEX tracking site shows that it has been delivered to an address in Tennessee instead of my address in Georgia. I have the proof via FEDEX tracking number.  

I contacted DELL customer service and to 4 different people (from India, I am guessing). Unfortunately, I received no help! 

All I want is my money back as soon as possible. Whether and how DELL gets the item back from the wrong address delivered is not my concern. This is something  to be resolved between DELL and their carrier FEDEX.

No need to delay my refund any further.  please help!

I am still waiting on my refund. Customer service said that the item has been delivered to Dell warehouse in Tennessee but they are still sitting on my refund. I also have the email from customer support confirming the delivery of the item to warehouse.  I ordered the item on July 22

Item never reached to my house. It has been diverted to Dell warehouse and reached there on August 8. 

 

I want my refund!
