Dell Technician Scam?

Hello,

I have been called 3 times by a person representing themselves as a Dell Technician.  It is the same person.  I received the first call on May 27th and the second and third calls on 6/3/16 and 6/416.

It is the same person.  The person stated that my computer was generating errors and that my virus software needed to be updated.  I know this is a scam, because I recently graduated college with a certificate as a Computer Support Specialist.  I have already made a fraud report with the FTC, but I would like to make a fraud report with Dell security also.

Can you please give me a phone number or a website that I will be able to open a fraud case?
