Dell advantage reward never received

I've purchased an alienware, took nearly a month to be delivered to my doorstep. However, the 5% advantage reward is never sent to my email and it's already been over a month since the delivery date. Try calling the customer support and they kept patching me through different sections.. It seems dell only cares about people who plan to buy their products but neglect the one who already purchased. Terrible...
