Dell customer support is taking to much time to fix a problem

I opened a case on January 2014 regarding an issue with my XPS laptop and until today Dell support didn't do anything. I just got the promises that they are going to fix this issue. But until today 5/27/2014 nothing happened. Please I need to escalate this issue to someone who can help me. Thanks.
