I would like one of the Customer Care Team to please advise me on how to reach the corporate office. I am tired of being put through to a call center where people are working hard and doing their job, but they don't understand me and I don't understand them. It's sad to me that I have bought multiple Dell computers from you and now you have lost me as a customer over a stinkin charger. The Customer Service surely has gone down hill over the years, I used to be able to get top notch service any time that I had a problem. Guess that has changed.
