I ordered an Alienware Area-51m from dell in 01-24-2019. It said confirmed and going to ship after I purchased. I was looking forward to get this laptop on the shipping date, but I just received a cancellation email, and it provides no reason for it. I then called the customer service and the robot told me that the reason is it is no longer available! I am very angry about this, if dell cannot even make sure that the product they sell is at least available, then why should I buy things from you? And without a notice of the cancelation is just rude. I want someone to say what is actually going on with my order. Otherwise, Asus and MSI are actually good too.
Similar thing happened to me on the 11th and 15th when I made orders this month.
I told the agent that emails are the best way to get in contact with me. We have been going back and forth and because the bank was delayed, I thought the order was cancelled.
I placed a second order, the money was taken from my account, no verification call, I just received the email. The very next day the order was cancelled. No reason.
It took me all week to get clearance from the bank to make this purchase above my daily limit. Now my money was taken so I cannot even make another purchase to another company if I wanted
