Dell order not processing and funds already deducted
So I recently decided to buy a headset from dell and when I placed the order I got an order acknowledgement saying my order has been taken and that I would receive an email confirmation with my order number. The problem is that it has been 3 days and I have yet to receive the email and I have been charged despite the order not being processed. What should i do?Any help is greatly appreciated.
