I have an issue with my ac adapter. I tried contacting dell support through a chat, but it only gives me a message "We‘re sorry, but chat isn’t available right now. Please choose a different contact option or try again later." And as per website, I am not allowed to contact support by email with my issue. Unfortunately, my line of work doesn't provide an opportunity to reach support by phone during business hours. So I am wondering if there is a way for me to get the technical support?
