Did not received my dell rewards, whom should I contact?

I bought XPS 9650 6 weeks ago, on 2/15/2017, and did not get my advantage rewards!

I have the same issue.  When I purchased my computer last month online I was promised $60 in reward by the sales agent.    When I inquired yesterday about it I was told I wasn't going to get one.   Its very frustrating working on line with Dell.
