Do I have to pay to Dell just to tell them about errors on ?

I am wondering that Dell is unreachable for free. I found obvious errors on company website and misleading instructions. Customer support line refused to talk to me for free about it. The premium support line is also useless because the person on other end was able just read the printed instruction....
