Do dell's customer service always horrible like this?
I've buy a laptop from Dell just because people nearby me just told me Dell have the best service after-sales. But i think i've trust the wrong one. My laptop already met the problem of keypad and touchpad problem around 3 months i get it, not to mention the product quality first, but the customer service are really bad. At first they told me just to walk in service centre to claim my warranty. But when i go to the service centre, the staff there are just saying me dont have reservation id or something and refuse me to fix my laptop, but i already ask the customer service before that i no need make appointment for that. After that, when i talk again to the customer service, he start telling me to wait. I even dont know what to wait and when i need to wait until. There were 3 weeks later from the first conversation i made with customer service. And until today i ask again, he just simply tell me to wait only. I feel like Im getting perfunctory by the whole brand. No even one people can solve my problem properly. And what i want just to claim my warranty.. Really horrible experience that buying this brand's laptop.
