Extended Warranty for Customers that can't have the machine sent out now?
Due to the current world-based situation with Coronavirus, will Dell extend the warranty so we can send it to repair later?

Due to the current world-based situation with Coronavirus, will Dell extend the warranty so we can send it to repair later?

In general, after completing the required troubleshooting, if Dell Technologies finds that warranty qualified repairs are necessary, then delays in Dell Technology’s ability to effect the repairs will not affect the warranty status of the repair.
