Gift card

Hi,

I have a egift card that expired on 7/11 and I wanted to use it today 7/29.

There should be some buffer time allowed for people to use the card. It's very difficult to remember the actual date when a card expires, month is good enough.

Also there was no email notification that the card is due to expire. I saw it today when I wanted to make the purchase.

I called customer support and all other people to help me in this regards. It led to nowhere, with people transferring me to different departments in vain. Multiple times.

Is there any way Dell can help here? Anyone listening?

We sincerely regret that you were not able to avail the gift card. Please note that the Gift Cards has an expiry or "valid thru" date. After that date, Cards will not be accepted.
