Hard drive

A replacement hard drive was sent and came up missing. The technician says he do not know what happened to it. Another technician was assigned but I did not receive any correspondence about who is coming to my house. Someone has been calling me to pick up my computer.

I have emailed the agent on my case and he will not respond. I have called and they say he is busy. Meanwhile someone is trying to pick up my 1000 dollar laptop.  What do I do? Please help?

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to assist you with this. There are chances that the tech might have setup a depot service to have the computer serviced.

However, you should have received an email & the tech should have informed you on this.
