Helped needed again

got problem getting my info correct before order and now after a order

when io enter my service tag on ur support site for the 2 week it can not find it or not supported or is but comes up with my laptop with the service tag which belongs with my new pc order 

help and hope this is the wright area culd not see it in the support area

Not to worry we will help you in getting the issue fixed.

I do request you to provide the service tag number and name on a private chat and I will get back to you on the warranty status.
