Horrible Customer Care Experience on Phone with Dell
How in the world can anyone get anything accomplished when the Dell phone representatives do not know or do not care about the customers? How can I resolve an issue and not be transferred to the operator when they don't want to resolve my problem?

One could speculate it is the purpose of Dell phone representatives to not get anything accomplished.

That seems to be the brutal truth. Avoiding Dell phone representatives will definitely be the medium. I'm trying twitter @DellCares for answers, hopefully it's not a dead end.
