Hi, I just had a horrible customer service experience with dell. I had a bad trackpad when I purchased a XPS 7390. And now for the last 10 days, I'm trying to get a replacement machine. I returned mine 05 days ago. Every day I get a new promise and a new timeline. I mean they seriously punish you for buying from dell. I don't know how they have been surviving with such a repute. I told their agents that I will never be the returning customer for them. And they are fine with the fact as they themselves know about the reality. I mean to be honest DELL EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST and NIGHTMARE. They make sure that you don't buy from them next time. It is just HORRIBLE.
