I am tired of Dell customer service. Ordered a laptop from Dell on March 26, 2019, never received the laptop. I was promised refund, never received that either. No update, since then.
My sincere apologies,I have asked for the refund to be credited in the account also it will be posted in the accoutn in 6-8 business days.
Thanks for posting and for sending your order number information. According to FedEx, the system was delivered Friday 4/05/2019 at 3:09 pm.
