I asked a question on the Precision Fixed Workstation forum. My service tag was required, and I received a PM from DELL-Cares using a Gmail account. I answered the PM, but was told I did not use a valid return email address. I returned to the forum, and saw no "boxes", etc. that applied to PM's I had received a message from a Dell Cares moderator, saying I had not received an answer to his question in the private message.
What should I do? jim8080b
Unfortunately I don't know anything about this account, so cannot access it. Is there somewhere I can look to find my Forum identity? I did find https://www.dell.com/community/notes/privatenotespage
PM for me are there. There appears to be a space to answer, but no send button.
