good luck, don't expect Dell to be forthcoming with info.  they will email when it comes in, but thats the best they'll.  if they tell you anything different its just a lie to get you off the phone.  They will keep telling you  "soon", 2-3 days for the next update.  but it doesn't mean anything.

So when could you estimate when I would get my laptop back? Thank you for your time.
