I received a defective Alienware 14. I had to get 2 service call in home visits to get it working. My service tag is not recognized for chat or by the phone support IVR, so it is very difficult to get through (20minute avg wait time). I would like to get this resolved and have had no luck with phone support. Tech support after many holds transferred me to customer support... Who after many holds transferred me back to tech. Needless to say I got angry and was chastised for using the word <profanity deleted> to describe my confidence that another transfer back to CS would solve the issue. In the meantime, I have received 4 separate marketing calls to buy an extended warranty, which I have declined every time and asked to stop receiving calls for. I am thoroughly defeated. I have never been treated so poorly by a company, especially one as recognized as dell. I have 0 confidence that anything will be resolved.
