Now we are facing some hardware issue in this laptop and raise a warranty support 10 days before but still there is no proper response. Your customer care executive always saying spare parts delayed due to covid-19. We have to use all brand model laptops, Unable to facing this issue in other brand services. Very poor support on Dell team and there is no proper escalation matrix document in their website.
