Inspiron 15 5566 Laptop

To whom it may concern!to

I purchased 5 laptops less than one month ago, one of the Dell laptops is not working properly will not boot to windows 10. I have a small business with 6 employees and growing. What is so disappointing that after one-month usage a malfunction occurred, only to spends over an hour with tech support to find out that they wanted to charge me an extra $200 for a warranty to fix the problem. Well no thanks! Dell should stand behind your products to work properly for more than one month. My company and family will no longer buy Dell products again!
