Inspiron 15 (7357), wifi issue, return issue

I have a Dell Inspiron 7357 that I got for Christmas. First computer I have ever had that my parents bought for me. And guess what? The wireless card does not connect to our internet. So, for the past month or so, I have been trying to contact Dell to have them take it back and give my dad a refund. Well, first they insisted on giving me a replacement. I let them. You know what? Same issue. So, I contacted Dell, and after a week of trying to get them to talk to me in a civil manner (one guy even gave me  and talked to me like I was a, I managed to get Dell to send me a return label to return the exchange laptop. I should mention that a "return label" was on the box of the exchange laptop so I could return the original. There wasn't. So, I am currently sitting in my living room with my cellphone in the middle of a transition to the returns department. I have been on hold for about 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Seriously. Why am I putting up with your , Dell.
