Inspiron 15 7579 2-in-1, repair status, 3 weeks

I sent my inspirion in on Oct 28. I have a FedEx receipt that it was delivered Nov. 3. I was told that repair would take 7 to 12 days. It has now been more than three weeks.  Though I have called tech support 4 times, I cannot even find out the repair status.  I have been buying only Dell computers for personal and business for more than 30 years. Unless this is resolved promptly, my next computers will be Apple.

Your tracking link provides no new or useful information. It does not even show that you have received my computer much less its repair status or return date.


This is unacceptable nonsense.  Either send me my repaired computer or a new one ... soon.
