I have received my Inspiron G3 15 3590 2 days ago and I am not happy with the system. I have called Dell and waited for a long time on phone call until someone find himself responsible and try to help me. Can I learn about refund process please? I am not at all happy with the laptop.Its fan is making big noise and its light are getting on and off a lot. I just try to have refund. I have bought item from Dell Ireland and called customer service. It last 3 hours until I found a person to be responsible of refunding. They made a claim and I hope I have at least my refund.
