Is this a fake or legit email from dell
I received an email from this email address claiming to be dell ANZ_Email_Invoice_Non_Delivery@dell.com
the reason I’m questioning it’s legitimacy is because there are no personal details, it doesn’t address me by my name and the invoice number doesn’t match. But I’m confused because it’s from a dell.com email? And how does anyone know I’ve just made a purchase? Surely can’t be a fluke, it’s my first purchase as well. If anyone can confirm the legitimacy I will be grateful.

Please kindly find attached Invoice# for your PO# and keep it for your further actions.

I received a similar email. I emailed Dell support about it, and haven't received a reply. I was careful not to open the attached invoice.

That is a valid Dell Australia/New Zealand email address. It does appear in my Dell Outlook search. As to why the invoice number doesn’t match, unknown by me. You should contact a DELL-Cares agent via a Private Message to investigate.
