Issue on this site with seemingly multiple Community IDs
Hi all,
I've been trying to resolve this once and for all for a bit now, and it has seemingly just reared its head again. I am trying to get both my email address changed for both signin and community notifications; I only have a single primary address, now, and for some reason, I'm getting an error that the email address is already in use on a different account. I want this ID to be the only one that exists for me; it's my main online alias; all of my others have been dead for years. Who do I need to contact to get this dealt with permanently? It's been an on/off issue for months now.

Thank you for reaching out to us through Dell Community Customer Care Forum regarding the login issue.
Kindly confirm if you're trying to access the Forum and My Dell Account with one user name or do you have multiple login's for the forum. Let me know the email and the user name you wish to retain along with a screenshot of the error message via Private Message.
To Private Message, hover mouse cursor over my user name and add as friend.

Hi,
Thanks for that. I've added you and sent you a request. Part of the issue as well is that this ID, Cambridgeport90, is also linked with my twitter account, as it should be, though the site is skinned in such a way that not many screen readers can read those sign-in links properly. Not sure whether that's relevant to this, but I figured I'd throw it out there so that you might be able to send a word to the devs.
