I recently purchased a dell G3 which I am enjoying very much, however the deciding factor for me to purchase this laptop instead a competitors equivalent was the $100 promo egift card. I've been waiting since it was delivered (08.18.2018) its been almost 2 months and still no egift in my email. I've checked the junk and spam folders and it isn't there, I tried to contact cashstar and they told me to contact dell customer support. I want to know what can be done for this situation and if I will be receiving the promo egift card.
