I wanted to find somewhere to air my frustration with Dell. I ordered 6 monitors and 3 desktops in late March. One of the monitors was missing the correct power cord. I have emailed and/or called 7-8 times and still do not have the proper power cord. Time on the phone is at least 2 hours, and they just don't seem to really care.
I have purchased Dell equipment since my first desktop in 1997. I have a related company that purchases over $100,000 a year from Dell. I am deeply disappointed at the lack of follow-up and resolution to my issue.
