Guys I send my Alienware 17 R5 on May 29th back to dell repair center to check the lighting issue. However, dell’s customer service contacted me that my laptop was received by them on June 4th. However, I logged in my account and saw my laptop was delivered in my home by Fedex on May 29th. The laptop transferred in light speed? And there are even details for transporting my laptop on Fedex’s tracking system. I didn’t not receive my laptop and dell costumer service people did not reply me yet. I saw familiar case that someone’s laptop was missed by Fedex or by Dell and still unsolved. I am so angry that a 2500$ laptop just lost ? What should I do ? Or is there any solution?
