Merge accounts

Hello,

I am trying to change my email address but somehow in the process ended up creating another account. I am now trying to figure out how to delete the new account and change my email address on the original. When I try to change my email address it says "Your profile has issues. Please contact helpdesk." but doesn't say how to contact the help desk.
