Missing Egift card with Dell Inspiron 13

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 for 799.00 today and there was a promotion for a $200.00 Dell egift card. I cannot get any help over the phone or on the help chat. I just need to know how I claim the giftcard. My computer was 100.00 more than was necessary but I cannot find a place to claim it.
