Missing Gift Card - Awful Customer Service - Worst Experience Ever
I recently purchased a television on 11/28 from your website after receiving a Cyber Monday offer that was supposed to have included a $200 egift card within 10-20 days of purchase.
Over the last 10-12 days I have been interacting with your outsourced customer service representatives on email, chat, and twitter to find out when I would receive the promised gift card. Every time I receive a follow-up message I am told to wait one to two more days with no other details about why the fulfillment has been delayed.
I was informed earlier today that I would not be receiving the gift card because it is only for Dell Advantage rewards members. I have been on hold with your customer service representatives in India who I can't understand and who can't fix the issue. I am tired of getting run around when you have breached the contract you made with me when I made this purchase.
I was prepared to spend more money with you, but I've had enough of dealing with your company. Your customer service is totally disgraceful, especially from what is typically considered a highly successful organization with great brand recognition and reputation. I most certainly will never buy anything from you again and will prevent my employer from doing so as well. It's a real shame and very sad that you just don't care. Please send me a box to return the television and provide me a full refund. Hopefully I calm down before I take a sledgehammer to it. Alternatively, you can have someone from the corporate office contact me directly to see if you can come up with a solution that is acceptable based on the time I've invested in trying to get you to meet your obligated promotional promise.
