Modifying printer settings for the C1660w Color Laser Printer
I have two questions: first, does anyone know the default login & password for making changes to the printer. I never set up anything, so it is the factory settings, whatever they are. Second, the black print is light, and although I have cleaned the black laser ink thruput and the Color Density holes, nothing helps.

You’ve reached the right department and we are here to assist you. Please let us know if you’ve tried the standalone copy of any document? If yes, does the black print still appear light?
