My Order Status

Hello there! I've recently bought an Alienware X51 i7 and I got this email with the topic "Dell Order Has Been Received for Dell Purchase ID:" Since this is my first time buying a dell product online I have no idea what to do. Also when I check my Order Status, the product I've bought has not showed up. Should I be worried? I did pay a grand and a bit more for my product. This my first time buying something over a grand online. Also, where is my Order #, is it the same as my Dell Purchase ID?!

Hi Gamatrus,

Thank you for posting your order status inquiry on the Dell Community Forum Customer Care Board. You should have received two emails, the first acknowledging the placement of an order which includes the Dell Purchase ID (DPID), and a second that provides the actual order number.

I am happy to look into the DPID # you were provided, to be certain an order number was generated. Please reply to my email and provide the requested information so I may access your account.
