My Service Tag leads to wrong model on support page

Today I have received my new Inspiron 7577 and for setup, I immediately visited the drivers page on Dell Support. When I enter the Service Tag, Dell identifies my laptop as 7559 and suggests the wrong drivers. As in the attached screenshot, system configuration shows the correct model but overall model page is wrong.

I have checked my Service Tag both from BIOS settings and from the sticker under the laptop. There's no mismatch.

I kindly request for your help about this issue.

I have the exact same issue. I tried multiple times to explain it to Dell Support on the phone but they kept telling me I mis-typed it (which I didn't) or that it was fixed (which it wasn't). I am concerned that my laptop could end up having the wrong updates installed onto it.
